Nestled at the west end of the Meadow Oaks Community is the Reserve at Meadow Oaks. Our one hundred and seventy-four home community is deed restricted and gated it also surrounds five holes of the Meadow Oaks Golf and Country Club.

The land that The Reserve at Meadow Oaks is built on was purchased from the Wynn Family and was once part of their ranch, the family still owns the property that borders the north/west corner of our community.

In Mid 2006 development began at the Reserve but due to the market crash of 2008 new home construction practically ceased. Approximately 70 percent of the homes at the Reserve were constructed between 2015 and 2017.

The Meadow Oaks Community consists of eight villages and The Reserve at Meadow Oaks is the second largest community and the only gated community in Meadow Oaks, although we do not have a clubhouse and pool on site being part of the Meadow Oaks Master Association comes with privileges. Our access to the Meadow Oaks clubhouse which has a ballroom, billiards room, library, weight room, pool, basketball and tennis court as well as shuffleboard.

The Reserve is a nicely balanced community of retirees, working families and single owner homes. The Reserve at Meadow Oaks Property Owners Association was turned over to its homeowners by the developer in June of 2017 at present we have five members on the Board of Directors.
